Birmingham law firm wins top-ranking accolades

Birmingham law firm Harrison Clark Rickerbys has received a number of top-rank accolades in this year’s prestigious ‘Legal 500’ listing of the major law firms in England and Wales, with its family law team, and the team’s leader Kevin Harris-James recommended for his work on landmark cases.

Kevin, who has been prominent in the field in Birmingham for many years, is said to have ‘an extensive track record in landmark family cases and is noted for his expertise in Hague Convention matters.’ Lucy Barr, head of the Birmingham office, is also recommended.

Confirming the level of high-quality advice right across the firm, 61 of Harrison Clark Rickerbys’ lawyers, were recommended in 17 different specialist areas in the Legal 500 directory, considered to be ‘the bible of the legal business’.

Across the West Midlands, the firm’s corporate and commercial, licensing, insolvency, employment, health and safety and personal tax, trusts and probate teams are all recommended. The construction team, led by Andrew James, is also highlighted, with planning expert Rosalind Andrews one to watch.

The directory ranks law firms for their expertise and performance to help clients identify the very best legal expertise. The listing is based on firms’ achievements, the quality of their teams and client feedback.
