We were delighted to sponsor the Medium to Large Business of the Year award category at the Herefordshire Business Awards, organised by Herefordshire Means Business, held on Friday 21 October.
HCR’s Rebecca Kirk, Head of Hereford office, alongside a panel of judges, had the difficult job of choosing the winner. Rebecca was delighted to announce Pinstone as the winners of the awards.
Pinstone is a Leominster based PR & marketing agency who bring together a strategic approach and a sound knowledge of the rural environment and agri-business to deliver projects on budget, on time and on message. Catherine Linch, managing director at Pinstone, was at the event to collect their award from Rebecca.
Rebecca Kirk commented “When judging the awards, Pinstone stood out, despite tough competition, as a result of its unwavering commitment to its people. The judges were impressed that, as a certified Women Owned Enterprise, Pinstone has also undertaken to become a B-Corp Certified Business, has committed to “Target 52”, meaning that all team members must undertake at least 52 hours of training per year and, as well as having an ethos of developing professional careers right here in Herefordshire, which rival those of any city based PR agency, they also have a track record of cultivating and empowering women leaders within their team.”
