Writing your will in lockdown: top tips to avoid disputes

The number of people looking to write a will has risen sharply in the last year, as Covid-19 focused minds on the need to plan ahead. However, in an area where face to face contact has been traditionally important, there have been many challenges around signing and validating a will in a socially-distanced world.
