HR Administrator (Systems & Process)

21 hours per week (0.6 FTE). Worcester

Salary up to £18,500 per annum pro rata (depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our HR Team based in our Worcester office for an experienced HR Administrator whose role will be to focus on payroll and benefits administration as well as HR system administration.

Reporting directly to an HR Manager and supporting the wider HR team, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a good eye for detail and who has the ability to work to strict monthly deadlines.

This is a vital role which will include monthly payroll administration across the business which involves a large amount of data input for new joiners, leavers, contractual changes and liaising with the payroll team to ensure that information is given in a timely manner.  Administration of the firm’s benefits schemes including Pensions, Childcare Vouchers, Cycle to Work and the Medical scheme and acting as the HR systems administrator for our HR Self Service system (Cascade) to ensure that all information held is accurate, answering queries on annual leave and other routine enquiries.

Candidates should have previous experience of working in a similar role and have experience of working with HR systems, preferably Cascade, although this is not essential as training will be given.
