Solicitor – Intellectual Property Litigation

4 PQE+ – Full Time – Cheltenham or Thames Valley

Our Intellectual Property team delivers technical, strategic and commercial advice.  We have a strong team of commercial lawyers, IP litigators, patent and trade mark attorneys which enables us to offer tailored advice to a wide variety of clients, on intellectual property issues such as:

  • • Brand protection – we offer trademark and domain name registration, risk assessment and background clearance searches;
  • • Product development – registering designs and patenting innovative technology;
  • • IP sales, licensing, franchising, collaboration and JV agreements;
  • • IP portfolio monitoring, maintenance and management;
  • • Developing and implementing IP training, policies and strategies; and
  • • IP enforcement and disputes.

We provide advice to technology, manufacturing, security, defence, media and telecoms clients both nationally and internationally, working closely with our international team.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join the IP litigation team. We’re looking for a talented solicitor with at least 4 years PQE and solid experience in IP litigation, who takes a pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach to their work and is passionate about achieving the best results for their clients.  With full support, you will have responsibility for your own caseload and enjoy business development. We are a progressive firm and we believe in flexible working.  You will have the opportunity to work with the IP team across all our offices.
