Alltrust Holdings Ltd, a Wales-based provider of SIPP and SSAS pensions, was acquired by The UAP group in a deal facilitated by Corporate Partner, Theresa Grech. The shareholders of Alltrust turned to Theresa when they looked to sell the entire issued share capital to Guernsey-based The UAP Group.

The expertise of Stuart and Theresa throughout the deal was crucial in order to bring the matter to a satisfactory close. .
Following the deal, Hamid Nawaz Khan a majority shareholder of Alltrust said: “Theresa and Stuart are both experts in their fields – it was thanks to this that the deal went so smoothly. My heartfelt thanks to both of them.”
Theresa said: “Deals of this nature – especially in the financial or professional services sector – can be tricky to both navigate and negotiate. However, thanks to Stuart and the wider team’s knowledge, we were able to reach an agreeable conclusion for all parties involved.”
