With new towns, a revised NPPF, and mandatory housing targets, the momentum is building to attract investment, break ground, and deliver 300,000 homes a year - a number last achieved in 1970.

HCR Law’s Building for Growth series will bring together the public and private sectors to explore the opportunities ahead and how, as an industry, we can unlock barriers to housing delivery.

Join us for our first event of the Building for Growth series will take place in Cardiff, exploring development across Wales.

From the 2026 commitment to build 20,000 new low-carbon homes for rent within the social sector to the recent announcement to simplify and modernise planning law across the country, the event will focus on the key issues impacting the built environment in Wales.
