HCR would like to invite you to our commercial forum for senior leaders, in particular Business Managers, Bursars, CEOs, COOs, and CFOs, of independent schools and academies.

In this session we will be discussing the importance of having a robust and compliant hire facilities agreement in place that takes on board all the recent safeguarding updates in KCSIE and the DfE’s after-school clubs guidance.

We will also hear from Jenny Raymond, Dispute Resolution Partner, who will cover Fixed Recoverable Costs and the impact upon the education sector.
