Family Businesses Working Webinar: How do I grow my business?

Family businesses are as challenging as they are rewarding.

Politics, succession planning, and strong personalities can make growth feel tougher than usual.

So on this webinar, the third in a series of five, we’re going to help you prepare for the critical crossroads which pepper the journey of a family business. Knowing how to identify when a pinch point is coming, successfully delivering your strategy for it, and bringing your family and team along with you, are all vital skills for the growth of your business.

Led by Gary Thomas (Managing Director for 25 years of Alomora Group Ltd, Wellpak UK, and Ackio UK), this webinar will introduce you to his hard-won, first-hand lessons of family business growth. Gary understands how to take family businesses from humble beginnings to bold fortunes, and he’s faced every common pitfall along the way.

Now Senior Partner with ActionCOACH, Gary shares his knowledge and experience to help all sizes of business to grow from where they are now to where they want to be in the future. He will provide practical, pragmatic steps anyone can take to grow sales, in a managed and structured way.

We use Zoom to host our online events. When you click ‘Book Now’ you will be taken to the Zoom registration page. This will enable you to save the URL for the event so you can join in on the day. If you haven’t previously registered with Zoom, please do so before the event. We will enable video and audio to help maximise the benefit of this session for all participants, and facilitate useful conversations whilst we are in small working groups using Zoom ‘breakout rooms’.
