International Women’s Day

We are hosting a networking breakfast event to celebrate International Women’s Day.

The theme for this year’s annual celebration is #EmbraceEquity. To discuss this topic, we will be welcoming the following guest speakers:

• Rachel Lund – Rachel signed to Gloucester-Hartpury rugby in 2017 and has over 50 caps for them. She is also a Sports Therapist and currently in her final term as an MSc Physiotherapist student
• Illyana Mullins – Illyana is Head of Operations and Innovation at Hub8, and Founder of B-Sides Cheltenham. She is passionate about equality and diversity within the Tech community, and is a founder of WiTCH, the networking and support group for Women in Technology
• Arpinder Dhillon – Arpinder is a Partner in the Corporate team at HCR as well as Head of Wye Valley Office. She will be discussing her role as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion lead at HCR.

As well as hearing from our speakers, there will also be a Q&A session and the opportunity for networking. 

Help us support The Nelson Trust

A continental breakfast will be provided, courtesy of The Nelson Trust. As long-term supporters of this Gloucestershire-based charity, we are inviting voluntary donations to support their vital work.  This can either be a monetary donation or a toiletries donation. Toiletries can include (but not limited to) deodorant, toothpaste/mouthwash, shampoo /conditioner, baby wipes or a hair brush.

This is not just an event for women! All are invited and encourage to attend. Please also bring a guest with you – this could be someone that inspires you, or who you mentor.
