Clare Marchant is Chief Executive at UCAS having previously worked as the Chief Executive of Worcestershire County Council. Clare will share the challenges facing UCAS in the development and delivery of the next generation of information, admissions and data services. Clare has an impressive track record in the successful delivery of technology enabled change in the public and private sectors. She started her career in production management before joining Deloitte and leading IT-enabled change programmes for a number of well-known brands.

The Three Counties Big Breakfast is hosted by Harrison Clark Rickerbys, Bruton Knowles and the Three Counties Showground in association with the West Midlands branch of the Institute of Directors.
