Nicola McNeely, Partner, Commercial, Harrison Clark Rickerbys 

Nicola regularly advises on the legal and regulatory aspects of implementing blockchain technology for enterprise, as well as raising capital through Security Token Offerings. She works closely with start-up and scale- up disrupters with their market propositions, MVP and growth strategies, as well as large corporates on new technology adoption. She has been involved in the blockchain community since 2013 and she was the External Legal Counsel to The Royal Mint in creating its gold bullion backed blockchain platform.

Oscar Pacey, Network Economies Adviser, Tranquility Node Ltd.

Oscar is a network economies specialist who has been involved with the digital asset and blockchain community since 2013. He runs Tranquility Node, a consultancy firm working with clients to design, integrate, trade or finance blockchain and related technologies. Oscar was a key technical advisor to the UK Royal Mint during their partnership with CME to create a gold bullion backed blockchain platform. He brings a technical and economic perspective to blockchain design and application.

Simon Bullers, Director of Engineering, Group CIO, Lloyds

Simon is Director of Engineering, creating the engineering function to help transform GROUP CIO at Lloyds Banking Group as well as establishing the broader engineering community for both GCIO and Group Transformation.Prior to his current role, Simon was the Founder, CEO and President of RedPixie which he founded in 2010, developing cloud solutions for financial service companies, and became one of Microsofts largest cloud partners. RedPixie was acquired by HPE Pointnext in the summer of 2018. Aside from RedPixie Simon built a reputation for helping entrepreneurs understand the complexity of start-up and funding and has advised on a  number of other start up businesses.

Harry Bengough, Partner, Banking and Finance, Harrison Clark Rickerbys

Harry leads HCR’s Blockchain Working Group and heads up the firm’s Banking & Finance team. He regularly helps tech businesses find and transact on debt funding solutions for all stages of their journey, be it growth capital, asset finance or acquisition finance.Harry works with a wide range of banks and financial institutions, as well as more modern funding channels, such as crowdfunding, challenger banks or private debt.
