Harrison Clark Rickerbys supports Cotswold chemist’s growth
Health and social care legal specialists from Harrison Clark Rickerbys have helped community pharmacy chain Badham Pharmacy Limited to expand, acquiring Stow Pharmacy right in the heart of the Cotswolds.
The company runs 16 other community pharmacies across Gloucestershire and around Cheltenham and Bristol and benefited from Harrison Clark Rickerbys’ corporate, banking and property expertise throughout the transaction.
