New Partner joins HCR’s Restructuring and Insolvency team

HCR has appointed insolvency specialist, Monica Kapur, as Partner to its Restructuring and Insolvency team. Monica, who has been practicing as an insolvency lawyer for over 17 years, joins the firm’s Birmingham and London offices.

Monica has extensive experience of advising IP’s, accountants, banks, debt purchasers, company directors and individuals on all aspects of contentious insolvency and debt recovery. Her expertise comes highly acclaimed as Monica is named as a recommended solicitor in the Legal 500 and received the Client Choice Award 2018 for Restructuring and Insolvency in the UK.

Speaking about her arrival to the firm, Monica said: “I’m delighted to be joining HCR and to be part of a highly-regarded team.
