Thinking global – international lawyer on the airwaves down under

20th May 2019

Analysis of China’s approach to the Arctic and its interest in the region, whether environmental or commercial, brought Nicolas Groffman, our Head of International, to the airwaves in New Zealand this week – Newstalk ZB presenter Kerre McIvor and he discussed China’s motives and the part that New Zealand might play in the region because of its expertise in the Antarctic.

The interview covered a range of topics relating to China, where Nicolas worked for 16 years – he now contributes features to the South China Morning Post and maintains strong links there.
