Commercial law is a dynamic, constantly evolving area of law. As a solicitor in this area of law, it is my job to get to know you and your business inside out. As a contract specialist, I’ve worked with international fast food restaurant chains, retailers, financial service providers and charities to name a few.
Outside work, my passions include playing tennis, watching rugby, travelling and playing the piano!

Most contracts include a termination clause which outlines your rights, and the method by which you can terminate the contract. Depending on what the terms of your contract say, it may not be that simple to ‘get out’ of the contract and you may: need to wait a certain period of time before you can terminate or not be able to terminate the contract immediately. You may therefore need to give a certain amount of notice to terminate the contract.
Every contract is different, however there may be a number of onerous provisions that are hard to spot within the terms. We can review your contract and provide a summary of the key risks to the business, as well as advise on how the contract can be amended to best protect your interests.
