I enjoy the variety of work and the challenges that real estate brings. I listen to my clients and take time to understand them and their needs, and I’ll always try to guide my clients through the process so they understand what needs to be done, why and how long it will take.
I deal with all aspects of agricultural and rural property, from buying, selling, and lettings, to estate and tax planning. Clients range from farming businesses and individuals, to conservation and nature charities, high net worth individuals, and landed estates.
I pride myself on an approach which is conscientious, pragmatic and responsive, and provide a range of legal specialisms including advice on agricultural tenancies, first registrations, refinancing and overage.
Outside of work, I love the outdoors and am a keen hiker and gardener.
