Buying or selling a business is probably the largest transaction most people will be involved in, and I know that attention to detail, a commitment to clear communications and a real focus on achieving the client’s aims are vital. Finding a solution which works for the client is a central part of any transaction.
Because I handle deals in the healthcare sector, for care providers and veterinary practices, there are plenty of issues to be considered, and I always aim to be clear and thorough in my approach.
I enjoy a challenge, both at work and outside it – I took part in the firm’s Three Peaks Challenge earlier this year, and have completed both a marathon and a triathlon.
