As a commercial solicitor, I get involved a wide variety of work on a daily basis. From helping clients configure the contractual matrix that is crucial to their business, to advising them on contractual positions such as how to protect their intellectual property, right to terminate and how to limit their liability. I like to build a personal rapport with my clients and to understand the way their business works so I can ensure they make the right decisions and be in the best position for what they want to achieve.
I’ll advise you of all available options while catering to the needs of your business and helping you choose the right course of action.
I’ve worked with both local and global companies including those in the IT and distribution sectors. My interests also include data protection, consumer law, the tech sector and IT. .
Outside work, my passion is interior design – I can often be found starting a new DIY project around the house or upcycling some pre-loved furniture. Nothing ever stays the same in our house!

Why should I review and/or update my contracts from time to time?
Because legislation changes regularly, and as a result, so can compliance requirements. Don’t be caught out because you didn’t check your contracts were up to date!
Can I get out of this contract?
That depends on what termination provisions have been agreed to, if any.
How much is this going to cost?
Every piece of work is different, but we will keep you informed of costs at the outset and update you with any changes along the way.
