Catherine is a residential and commercial property solicitor based in our Wye Valley office, who joined Harrison Clark Rickerbys in June 2016 to complete her training and qualified in to our property team.
Catherine deals with a range of transactions, including dealing with both freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, first registrations and mortgages.
She studied LLB Law at the University of Sheffield and was then called to the Bar of England and Wales in November 2011. She subsequently obtained a distinction on her Legal Practice Course in 2014 before commencing her training.
Outside work, Catherine is a National Trust member where she enjoys dog walking. She also is an avid gym goer and will often be found doing something active at the weekend to raise funds for a local charity.

Catherine was absolutely outstanding. She was professional yet a approachable at all times.
Nothing was too much trouble, Catherine went ‘above and beyond’ what we could have hoped for on every level.
We very much look forward to dealing with her again in the future, highly recommended!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your hard work getting us into our new home, so very close to Christmas. We really do appreciate how difficult it must have been coordinating searches, sale and purchase within a chain at this time of year and it is a testament to your professionalism that it was achieved with such calmness and efficiency.
We were very impressed with Catherine’s drive and enthusiasm throughout the process of moving from Ross-on-Wye to the Isle of Man.
Her dedication and attention to detail is outstanding, and made a potentially difficult move straightforward.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Catherine wholeheartedly.
Many thanks Catherine and best wishes for the future.

Catherine has supported us at every stage with her efficiency, patience and speed.
Her remark early in our conveyancing, has stuck with me. She has never known any problem to be unsolvable, and whilst the offer of 24/7 support has been so reassuring, we had no desire to exploit her off duty time.
In moving away from the Wye Valley to East Sussex, the distance would not deter us from employing her in the future. House selling/buying can be stressful, but she has eliminated the anxiety.
We wish her every success in her chosen career.
