As part of the Senior Executive team, I’m usually the first port of call when you contact us for legal advice. When you have a claim to make, I’ll get to know you, provide vital reassurance and work through your circumstances to filter out all the necessary information required to build your case.
The diversity of cases I see means I’m always learning, and I’m proud to be part of a team with such extensive breadth and depth of knowledge. With several years’ experience in customer service management under my belt, I believe it’s crucial to keep communicating with clients so that they’re kept in the loop and up to date with the case as much as possible.
Many of our clients need legal advice quickly on settlement agreements, while some may have a concern about their maternity leave or need to negotiate an exit after a working relationship breakdown. I also deal with those who may have been exposed to other serious issues, like discrimination. I believe everyone should be treated fairly and equally in what they do, and it’s this that really drives me on in my role.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my two dogs and experimenting with interior design ideas.
