A bit about me

There’s nothing quite like working in residential real estate – each day, I’m helping people with a major event in their life, whether they’re a first-time buyer or downsizing for retirement.

Previously, I helped clients buying and selling in the London market, acting for professional sportspersons, musicians and actors. In such a competitive market, it was necessary to work at a fast pace and complete transactions as speedily as possible. Although the Worcester market is a bit less frantic, I bring my efficient approach to the table to ensure your transaction is completed smoothly and swiftly.

I’m friendly, approachable and I’ll make sure you’re kept informed throughout the process while answering all your questions promptly.

Want to know more?

Return all initial paperwork and ID documents swiftly so that we can start without any delay.

Ensure that you are able to obtain mortgage funding if required. It may be worth speaking to an independent financial adviser in the first instance.

Instruct a reputable surveyor – if the house isn’t as described or has serious underlying issues, then there may be no point in moving forward.

How long will it take?

I’d usually estimate that the process will take 6 to 8 weeks, as long as all other parties involved are also working towards that timescale.

When can exchange of contracts take place?

It depends on the circumstances around the sale, but I will keep you up to date with what’s going on and when it’s likely that we’ll be able to exchange.

When can I book my removal company?

I wouldn’t advise booking a removal company until contracts have been formally exchanged, but I’ll keep you informed and give you a likely timeframe.
