A bit about me

Successful litigation requires analytical thinking and good organisational skills – something I excel at. I consider every avenue to obtain the best results for my clients, using my commercial experience to provide proactive, cost-effective solutions.

I deal with cases across a number of industries, managing disputes for individuals, commercial lenders, haulage companies and window manufactures among others. I know that while a long running dispute can rack up the costs, it can also cost you from a reputational point of view, so I’ll give you honest, frank advice and consider the impact on your operation.

When I’m not working hard to find resolutions for my clients, I enjoy watching sports, including football, rugby, cricket and golf, and spending time with my family.

Want to know more?

Principles are expensive – don’t waste your money taking something to court if we can handle it in a better way.

Follow a commercial strategy, even if the result goes against the grain.

When a problem arises, get in touch as soon as possible so that action can be taken quickly.

Do you do “no win, no fee”?

Predominantly no, but I can consider it for the right case. As a team, we’re often able to structure fees in a way that makes the process easier and more effective for our clients, so please ask for further information.

How much will it cost?

At the outset, there are usually too many unknown factors to give anything but an indication of the final costs, but I will give a budget for the initial steps and stick to it.
