I always try to put myself in my client’s shoes so that I can properly understand what drives them and what their objectives are. Then I’m in a good position to offer the right strategy and to advise them on the way ahead.

Thinking quickly and proactively, with an eye to cost-effectiveness, is at the core of my approach. I work for licensed insolvency practitioners, boards of directors, creditors, distressed lenders, and debtors in all aspects of both corporate and personal insolvency law. People in these positions need positive, strategic thinking to deal with financial difficulty and I aim always to add value to what they offer.

Outside work, my family is top of my list of priorities, and I have a passion for stand-up comedy.
