About me

Real estate law involves plenty of negotiation and problem solving. No two transactions are the same and every day is an opportunity to learn something new. It is important that my clients always feel a part of the transaction and know that their opinion matters.

I take the time to get to know my clients so that I understand their goals and how we can achieve them together. Having practised in real estate law for six years, working with company and individual landlords and tenants, small to medium scale land developers, and commercial residential landlords, I offer experienced and honest advice. Despite the challenges some transactions bring, achieving an outcome with reasonable timescales is always my priority.

Outside work, I enjoy baking, exploring new places and listening to podcasts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my transaction take?

Every transaction is different and until we receive the papers it is difficult to provide an exact time scale. As the matter progresses it will be easier to provide an estimated timescale.

Can you do the work on a fixed fee basis?

It is not possible to provide a fixed fee cost as the complexity of the transaction will not be immediately obvious. If the cost estimate is likely to rise, you will be advised.

Will you be dealing with my matter personally or will I be passed round a team?

As your main point of contact, I will handle your case with assistance from team members to ensure the file continues to progress efficiently.
