A bit about me

If a dispute arises, you need straightforward advice to help achieve the best scenario. That’s where I come in. I can help with numerous disputes involving land, debt and contracts and cases involving contested probate.

When you need to resolve a dispute, I’ll take the time to listen and see if there’s a path we can take that won’t involve costly and lengthy court proceedings. I’ll look at the commercial viability of your intended litigation and provide honest, practical advice. I work with a number of companies, from SMEs to investment firms, as well as private individuals and trustees to help them reach satisfactory conclusions.

Consider the costs and whether the benefit outweighs them. A lot of the time, it might not be worth undergoing costly court proceedings.

Negotiation and mediation can yield positive results without incurring large court costs and should always be the first option.
