There is no ‘one-size fits all’. The relationship between shareholders is individual to each business and, as such, every agreement is different. We tailor each agreement to suit the specific needs of each client.
Do you think I should get an agreement in writing?
Always! Verbal communication can lead to uncertainty and unnecessary disagreements. Always get any kind of agreement in writing – even if it’s only a page long.
