Georgina specialises in commercial and competition law. She advises on a range of commercial issues and has particular experience of contentious and non-contentious competition law matters, including the exchange of information, cartels, abuse of dominance, state aid, and merger control. She also has litigation experience before the European Courts in Luxembourg.
Georgina has represented leading US, Japanese and European companies across a range of industries, with particular experience in the IT, internet, and communications sectors. She also has an excellent understanding of the food and farming sectors, having recently completed a graduate degree in agriculture.
Prior to joining Harrison Clark Rickerbys in 2017, Georgina worked in the Brussels offices of Bird & Bird LLP and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. She trained with Allen & Overy in London. She studied law at Nottingham Law School and has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Competition Law from King’s College London. She also has a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
She has had articles published in a number of publications, including Concurrences and the Cornell International Law Journal.
