Employment law is always evolving, so no two days are the same – I work with a range of clients, both employees and employers, including education establishments, local authorities and SMEs, as well as individuals.
My advice is not only tailored to my client but is also as straight forward and jargon-free as possible. Employment situations can be very stressful for all those involved, so I think it is important that I am as approachable and practical as possible.
Outside work, I love spending time with my young family and I’m currently training for a marathon.

What do you think about…?
I always have time to speak to people about problems they may be experiencing, either by having a quick chat or by arranging a meeting to discuss in more detail.
Can you negotiate a settlement for me?
This will very much depend on the circumstances, but I am very good at negotiating and will use my best endeavours to get the best possible outcome for you/your business.
Do you think I/we have a case?
This is probably the question I get asked the most – I will always give you my honest view and explain the reasons behind my advice.
