I support individuals and businesses on a range of litigation issues.
I have particular expertise in professional negligence claims and regularly represent clients in claims, particularly against solicitors. I also have expertise in defamation, malicious falsehood and harassment claims, and represent clients in both bringing and defending these types of claims.
I advise and act for clients in relation to insurance related disputes, including making complaints to the Financial Services Ombudsman and making claims for compensation to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. I also advise on issues relating to costs and funding including cost budgeting, detailed assessment and solicitor/client cost proceedings.
Outside work I enjoy watching sport, particularly Rugby Union, and I’m a season ticket holder at Leicester Tigers. Jennifer also enjoy listening to music, reading and travelling.
