As a commercial solicitor, it’s my job to work with clients to get to know their businesses inside-out. I work on their behalf to negotiate the terms of contracts and frameworks which underpin their daily operations.
It’s a far-reaching and constantly evolving sector, and one which requires tailored advice, seeking out potential future issues and risks to mitigate against them. I’ve worked within the Agritech sector to help launch SaaS agreements, helped to draft terms of business, engagement and terms and condition of service, and have worked on drafting SaaS contracts in the tech sector.
Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family and going to the gym. I also try to find ways to support my local community – such as donating to the local food bank and knitting scarves for the homeless.

Why do I need to review or update my contracts?
Legislation changes often – as a result, so do compliance requirements. Regularly reviewing your contracts and keeping them up to date will help you avoid falling foul of requirements.

That depends on what termination provisions have been agreed to, if any.
How much is this likely to cost?
Every case is different, but we’ll keep you informed of costs at the outset and update you with any changes along the way.
