A bit about me

When a relationship fails, you need someone that can help you put it to rest with dignity. As a family solicitor for over 30 years my focus has always been to help my clients to move on and rebuild their life. In semi-retirement I’m proud to remain connected to one of the best family law teams in the region – our client recommendations confirm that fact.

In my new role as Business Development Partner I’m stepping up rather than winding down and looking forward to having more time to do one of the things I love most, which is getting out and about in Worcestershire among the communities and businesses which make up the fabric of the society we live and work in.

I’m passionate about my family, my friends, the business and wider communities in which I live and work, my Morgan, my books, music, theatre, cinema, travel and at the end of it all, a very nice bottle of red wine.

Want to know more?

Keep communicating with each other – you really might not want to, but it’ll lead to a much quicker result.

Always put the children first.

Listen carefully to my advice – I’ll take the pressure of the proceedings from you, so you can focus on what comes next in your life.

How long with it take?

Divorces can typically take around four to six months to complete. Finances are a more complex matter, and can take longer.

How much will it cost?

We offer a fixed fee for divorces, but you will also have to pay a court fee. With regards to settling your finances, the more sensible you both are, the cheaper it will be!

Will my children and I be alright?

It’ll be a difficult journey at times, but trust me – there is life after a divorce or separation.
