I enjoy the tangible nature of real estate because I can physically see the outcome of the vast majority of my work.  I also find that property law is technically challenging, meaning that no two days and no two transactions are the same.

My clients vary from a broad range of individuals to corporate entities, investors, charitable or educational bodies and lenders. I am able to collate and present complex information in a simple and straightforward way to my clients and I deal with the challenging parts of real estate, so they don’t have to!

I pride myself on being trustworthy, efficient, and reliable and I always strive to develop great relationships. I provide a wide range of legal specialisms, including freehold property acquisitions and disposals, leasehold property acquisitions and disposals, property funding, land registry issues, ancillary lease documentation and assisting clients with portfolio management property work.

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends. I have three very young boys who keep me on my toes, so I need to be thoroughly organised at home and at work!
