Commercial law is very varied and wide-ranging, so that no two days are the same. My interest in business and current affairs is a real advantage because I have the chance to explore what clients really need and to provide them with pragmatic and innovative solutions.
My work at the moment is largely in the health and social care sector, so I work with medical partnerships and other specialist businesses, as well as with SMEs, charitable organisations (such as charities and CIOs) and limited companies.
Outside work, I enjoy running and swimming, but I equally enjoy cooking and eating out – a balanced lifestyle!
If in doubt, ask. There is no such thing as a stupid question and I would always prefer that my clients ask any questions that they have rather than going away wondering about the answer.
Give us as much detail as possible. In order to properly advise clients, we need to know the ins and outs of the situation you are in, as well as your desired outcome. We are not here to judge you.
Be proactive. Always address and consider issues, no matter how small you think they are, before they become bigger issues.
How much will it cost?
Costs vary on a case by case basis dependent on the work required to be undertaken. We will always endeavour to provide an accurate fee estimate at the outset and will keep you informed if matters develop and costs change.
