A bit about me

When you’re facing a regulatory investigation or enforcement action, don’t underestimate the benefit of an experienced and knowledgeable guide to navigate you through the process. Specialising in corporate criminal defence work, my experience covers health and safety, environmental, food safety and hygiene, trading law and road transport matters. I regularly defend proceedings brought by the HSE, EA and local authorities.

I am a qualified solicitor advocate, with an excellent court success rate. I will help to explain the regulatory investigation process fully to you, discuss all the potential outcomes and help you define what success might mean, and work as hard as I can to achieve it for you.
