Acting for clients across a range of commercial property transactions means that no two days are the same. Helping my clients to achieve their desired outcomes is what my job is all about and I try to make the process as stress-free as possible.
I’ve worked with investor clients, landlords and tenants on sales, purchases and leases of retail, office and industrial unit premises.

My frequently asked questions
How long will the transaction take?
Every transaction is different, and unexpected delays can sometimes crop up. However, we will always endeavour to meet your timescales and will keep you updated on progress throughout.
How much will it cost?
This will vary depending on the transaction and work involved but you will be provided with a fee estimate at the beginning of the process. If you are purchasing a property or taking a lease, there will also be property search fees, stamp duty land tax and land registration fees to budget for.
