As a member of the Corporate team, I look after the best interests of you and your business whether this involves making acquisitions or disposals, putting in place agreements between shareholders, restructuring your company or group of companies or any other corporate matters and queries.
I approach every deal as if it were my own, and will ensure that you understand the issues at play and are kept up to date at every stage. It is essential that you fully understand the implications of any steps we take, so I am available to answer your queries and will ensure that all documents are drafted in plain English so you know what you are signing up to.
People are my passion, and when I’m not in the office, I love travelling, meeting new people, learning languages and learning about new cultures.
