The family team at Harrison Clark Rickerbys Birmingham office, lead by Lucy Barr is noted for her expertise in Hague Convention work. She recently acted for a client in separation proceedings with his girlfriend. Other key work included representing the husband in financial remedy proceedings in the Central Family Court, which involved overseas assets and substantial pension, business and property assets and which was further complicated by a disagreement on the length of the marriage.
Can I just say massive thank you to all of your team, in particular the following people:
Lucy for telling me to ‘man up!’ – I will never forget those words!
Maxine for always having everything under control and being so friendly and supportive in the process.
Chris for being there throughout and putting up with me leaving everything until the last moment.
Jodie and Michelle for doing all that running around.
And last but definitely not least, you Andy, for being honest, for being right, for being kind, for being you.
You have something special going on in that office of yours!
“Dear Lucy just a quick thank you for the work you put in in helping me and my family with securing the contact with Eleanor. It was much appreciated. Without sounding really unfriendly I hope I don’t need to deal with you again! Kind regards and all the best PM”
