I’ve always had a real passion for business – from those early days as a trainee to my career today, I’ve been putting companies on the path to success. I advise on all aspects of corporate and company law, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures, and business sales.
Whether you’re the director of a family-run business or on the board of a large national corporate, I immerse myself in your world, making sure I understand your business in detail. As well as working within the UK, I’ve advised on cross-border transactions, representing companies from across the world.
Out of the office, I make sure I find a good balance between home and work, caring for my young family, and I’m a keen runner.
Trust the advisers you enlist to help you, so they can provide you with the best, most appropriate advice.
This is your transaction at the end of the day, whether you’re buying or selling – think about the circumstances, and consider what you want to achieve.
Be confident when you talk to us, and tell us what you really want from the deal right from the start.
How long will my transaction take, and what will be the impact on cost?
We need to look carefully at all the individual circumstances – each transaction is different, and will therefore vary in timeframe and cost. Matters change and develop throughout transactions, so contingencies should always be considered.
