A bit about me

Whether you need to apply for a licence or have an issue regarding licensed premises, I’ll provide you with clear, cost-effective advice to ensure your business can keep the doors open.

I have extensive experience in working with local authorities, having previously worked for Birmingham City Council, and have dealt with many issues involving councils, the police and the fire service on behalf of my clients. Being able to see the issues from both sides of the argument allows me to provide a deeper insight to my clients on a wide range of licensing matters, from handling licences for gambling and gaming to transforming hotels into fully licensed wedding venues.

I work with businesses of all kinds, from single site independent operators to national restaurant and bar chains. Many of my clients don’t keep standard office hours, so I’m available to chat at any time of day, and I’ll make sure you understand exactly what regulations you need to follow.

Want to know more?

Don’t be tempted to navigate your way through the licensing process if you’re not sure – our experts know what they’re doing, and we’ll save you time, money and complication.

Make sure we know everything relevant to your case – this could make a real difference in getting the licence you need.

Be clear and tell us exactly what you want – that way, you’ll get it right first time.

Can you ensure I get a licence?

Unfortunately, we can never guarantee it, but I’ll give you the best possible chance – I’ll ensure the process is completed correctly in a timely manner, and I’ll deal with any possible objections on your behalf.

Do I really need a licence?

If the law requires a specific licence for you to operate your business, then the answer is yes! Operating without the correct authorisation will be an offence and you may be liable for prosecution.
