A bit about me

If accidents and incidents happen on your premises, there can be serious consequences and you could face an investigation. If you’re being investigated or prosecuted for health and safety breaches, I can provide advice and representation to resolve issues that might otherwise seem insurmountable.

As a recognised specialist in health and safety and environmental law, I have a vast amount of experience in dealing with investigations and prosecutions by regulators. I’ve dealt with numerous high-profile cases throughout my career, and I know how damaging these can be, so I’ll respond quickly to urgent requests, and I’ll advise you on how to manage the media throughout the case.

As well as assisting in the immediate aftermath of an accident, I’ll help you to prevent them. Through internal seminars and workshops, I identify potential issues and offer practical solutions, and I can help you improve your safety procedures and guard against risks to both your employees and members of the public.
