How long will this take to complete?
It depends on the nature of the transaction, although typically the process can take around three to six months. We will discuss timings with you at the start of (and throughout) the transaction and work with you towards any deadlines.

Will I have to attend a completion meeting or come into your offices to sign transaction documents?
Nowadays the majority of transactions are completed remotely, either with scans of the signed documents sent over to us or via electronic signature – this tends to make the process easier for you. Though physical completions can and do take place often and we will assist you as required.

How much will it cost?
This all depends on the nature and scope of the work – we can have an initial call or meeting to discuss this so I can provide an accurate estimate.
