If litigation is required, it can often be a stressful and difficult situation. If you are struggling with a dispute, I’ll do everything I can to reassure you, providing a clear explanation of the litigation process and taking the time to explain the pros and cons from the outset. However, despite my friendly and down-to-earth approach, I’m tenacious, and I’ll work hard to reach the best settlement for you.
Before joining Harrison Clark Rickerbys, I was a medical doctor, and I often help healthcare professionals, including dentists, private healthcare providers, care homes and even veterinarians to resolve any disputes. However, my expertise covers a broad range of clients, such as schools, estate executors, accountancy firms and SMEs.
I’m an active member of the local community, and try to raise as much as I can for local charities. I’m also the current president of the Worcestershire Law Society.
Don’t bury your head in the sand – if a dispute needs resolving, get it sorted out before it’s too late.
As difficult as it is, try to take the emotion out of settlement negotiations and stay professional.
Due to the complexity of court procedures, always obtain legal advice prior to responding to or initiating court proceedings.
How much will it cost?
At the outset, there are usually too many unknown factors to give anything but an indication of the final costs, but I will give a budget for the initial steps and stick to it.
