Rohit is a dual qualified Lawyer (India and UK) having qualified as an Indian Lawyer in 2006, after completing LL.B from The University of Mumbai. He then undertook the Graduate Diploma in Law at the Kingston University, London, and both the Legal Practice Course and LL.M in Corporate Law at the University of Law of England and Wales.
Rohit worked as an Indian Lawyer, in house for Vodafone India Limited in Mumbai (a wholly owned subsidiary of Vodafone UK) advising on the group’s corporate and commercial matters and in private practice for Juris Corp Solicitors & Advocates advising foreign clients in diverse sectors on foreign direct investment and their India entry strategies and structuring aspects. After relocating to the United Kingdom, Rohit completed his training contract with Gunnercooke LLP specialising in corporate law.
Rohit focuses his practice on domestic as well as international corporate matters including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity with a particular focus on inbound and outbound corporate matters relating to Indian markets.
