Keeping my focus on offering clear, prompt and realistic advice for clients means that I can help them at a difficult time, either personally or commercially.
Much of my work involves a court process, although I have experience of contentious and non-contentious work because I act for a range of clients, from insolvency practitioners and bankrupts to disqualified directors and directors of companies in administration and liquidation.
One recent case involved acting on behalf of insolvency practitioners – I sought worldwide freezing orders and search orders against UK and international entities and was happy to be able to help in settling the matter.
Outside work, my passions are food and travel.
Be commercially aware.
Keep an open line of communication with your legal advisor.
How long will it take?
This depends on the action being taken and whether it is a contentious or non-contentious matter.
How much will it cost?
This depends on a number of factors but we aim to provide an accurate costs estimate at the beginning and regular costs updates throughout.
