Real estate law offers a wide range of interesting transactions and provides a platform to work with a range of clients. I pride myself on a personal, professional, and efficient approach and I get to know my clients well to understand the type of service they require.
A large majority of people will buy or sell property in their lifetime and my clients range from private individuals to companies, pension funds and charities. In my day-to-day work, I investigate, report on and document property deals on behalf of clients. I can also offer expert advice regarding sales and purchases or refinancing.
Outside of work, I love playing competitive tennis and am passionate about the youth work I am involved with at my local church.

It is much better to work carefully through a transaction to ensure you are aware of any risks. Once we know what is involved, we can provide you with a realistic timescale.
Do we need searches?
In most cases. It is so important that you know what you are buying. Searches can highlight a number of issues about the property that you wouldn’t otherwise know about.
Will you send me the original completed documents?
We generally store original completed documents in our deeds store however, if you would prefer to hold these yourself then that is absolutely fine.
