A bit about me

I specialise in real estate because I enjoy helping clients get to their transactional goal and working with the built environment. I work hard to give clients absolute confidence that I am part of their team and have their interests at the centre of what I do. In particular I like to try and see things from the client’s perspective and aim to manage expectations at all times.

I am approachable, responsive, and experienced in my field and come highly recommended by agents who I work with. Work involves helping clients buy, sell and let commercial property and my clients range from charities (large and small) to investment landlords, biotech hubs, hospitality clients, developers, family owned investors, and pension funds.

My legal specialisms cover landlord and tenant services, investment property and portfolio management, commercial development, and funding and corporate support.

Outside of work, I love the countryside and spending time with my family, dogs and chickens.

Do I need an EPC to sell or let this property?

Yes, you will need an EPC unless it falls within a specific exemption such as, in certain cases, a listed building.
