“Diligent and responsive” – Partner receives testimonial after securing homes

When a housing association required expert legal advice and support during negotiations to protect the homes of vulnerable residents, they turned to Partner and Head of Real Estate Healthcare Syed Alam.

Syed’s expertise in real estate and healthcare law meant he was able to help provide the best support possible for the organisation, which led to successful negotiations and the protection of the homes of 450 tenants across 141 properties.

Following the success, Mark Lovell, Managing Director of One (Housing & Support) CIC said

“Syed Alam and the HCR Real Estate Healthcare team assisted One CIC in the assignment of leases in relation to the Circle project which safeguarded 141 vulnerable households and their accommodation.
