Lease negotiations brought to successful end

Eight months of protracted negotiation of a new lease in Malmesbury came to a successful close for a commercial property client, after Annabel Hull, from our real estate commercial team in Cheltenham, completed the transaction for her.

The client said: “I just wanted to say thank you. I might be wrong but I imagine you don’t get too much thanks as a solicitor. Thank you for all the hard work but more for being human when it was required. I think you and I handled this one pretty well.”
