Buying a property is often tricky – but going through the process and deciding that it may not be the right decision after all can be even more difficult.

That’s what happened to Frances and Bryan, who turned to real estate lawyer Samantha Houlden for help when moving house. When the proposed purchase became problematic, they decided the move was not for them. They followed Samantha’s guidance and were able to wait until they found the perfect property.
